Job Summary

Technosys Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the Naya Raipur ITMS Smart City Project.

The Project

Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, operation, maintenance, and successful delivery of the Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS) project. The incumbent will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), project timelines, statutory requirements, and client expectations while leading multidisciplinary technical and operational teams.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing Smart City, ITMS, ICCC, CCTV Surveillance, ATCS, ANPR, RLVD, VMS, and other Intelligent Transportation Systems projects.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Management

- Lead the end-to-end operations and maintenance of the Smart City ITMS Project.
- Ensure successful execution of contractual deliverables, project milestones, and SLAs.
- Develop project execution plans, operational strategies, and resource deployment plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system availability and operational efficiency.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Client, Smart City SPV, Traffic Police, Government Authorities, OEMs, and implementation partners.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
- Conduct periodic project review meetings with stakeholders.
- Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project status updates for senior management and the client.

Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee day-to-day operation of:
- Adaptive Traffic Control System (ATCS)
- CCTV Surveillance System




- Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR)
- Red Light Violation Detection (RLVD)
- Vehicle Actuated Traffic Signals
- Variable Message Sign (VMS)
- Data Center (DC)
- Disaster Recovery (DR)
- Integrated Command & Control Centre (ICCC)
- Communication Network and Field Infrastructure
- Ensure system uptime and availability as per contractual commitments.
- Review preventive maintenance schedules and monitor execution.
- Ensure prompt restoration of faults within SLA timelines.

Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising Project Engineers, Network Engineers, Software Experts, ICCC Experts, DC-DR Experts, CCTV Experts, Field Engineers, Technicians, and Support Staff.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and technical mentoring.
- Ensure manpower availability in accordance with project requirements.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Technical Governance
- Review technical architecture and infrastructure health.
- Ensure integration and optimal performance of all ITMS subsystems.
- Coordinate with OEMs for technical support, upgrades, warranty management, and issue resolution.
- Monitor cybersecurity compliance and infrastructure security.
- Ensure timely implementation of software updates, patches, and firmware upgrades.

Financial & Commercial Management
- Manage project budgets and operational expenditure.
- Monitor project profitability and cost optimization.
- Verify contractor and vendor invoices.
- Coordinate with Finance for billing, revenue realization, and payment follow-up.
- Ensure efficient utilization of project resources.

Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with project contract, RFP, SLA, ISO standards, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain project documentation including:
- Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
- Weekly Reports
- Monthly Performance Reports
- SLA Reports
- Incident Reports
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Preventive Maintenance Records
- Asset Registers
- Risk Registers
- Support internal, external, and client audits.

Risk & Incident Management




- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Lead incident response during critical outages.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery readiness.

Vendor & OEM Coordination
- Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for warranty support and AMC activities.
- Track vendor performance against contractual obligations.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of critical spares.

Quality & Safety
- Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Promote workplace safety and statutory compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.

Eligibility CriteriaEssential Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Instrumentation, or equivalent.
- MCA or MBA (Operations/Project Management) may also be considered where supported by relevant technical experience.

Experience
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience in IT Infrastructure, Smart City, ITS, or Government ICT Projects.
- Minimum 8 years in Project Management or Project Leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience in ITMS/Smart City/ICCC/Traffic Management projects is mandatory.
- Experience in handling Government, Smart City SPV, Police, Municipal Corporation, or State Government projects is highly preferred.
