- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities.

- Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors and vendors.

- Check measurements, quantities and material requirements.

- Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.

- Prepare and maintain daily site reports and progress updates.

- Coordinate manpower and subcontractor activities at site.

- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the scheduled timeline.

- Check materials delivered to site and ensure proper usage.

- Review drawings and communicate requirements clearly to the site team.

- Prepare snag lists and follow up for closure.

- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, HVAC,



interior and other services teams.

Preferred candidate

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 26 years of experience in residential construction.

- Valuable knowledge of building construction and site execution.

- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an advantage.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage subcontractors and site workers.

- Should be willing to work at construction sites in and around Chennai.

- Candidates with experience in villa / premium residential projects will be preferred.
