Key Responsibilities
- Manage interior and architectural projects from start to handover.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and materials.
- Supervise site execution and ensure quality and timely completion.
- Coordinate with procurement for material requirements.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project cost, timeline, quality, and material wastage.
- Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Coordinate for material samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings.
- Handle snagging, rectification, and final project handover.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
