Position: BIM Project Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced BIM Project Manager to lead Architecture and Structural BIM projects for Middle East clients. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, effort estimation, resource allocation, BIM execution, model coordination, QA/QC, client management, and timely delivery of models, drawings, and BIM-related services in accordance with project BEP and ISO 19650 standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and understand client requirements, project scope, specifications, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards, and project deliverables before project initiation.
- Develop project delivery plans, effort estimates, schedules, resource allocation plans, milestone tracking, RFI tracking, and quality control procedures.
- Lead Architecture and Structural BIM model development, project setup, worksharing, shared coordinates, levels, grids, families, sheets, and drawing production.
- Manage and deliver LOD 300, LOD 350, LOD 400, and LOD 500 BIM models, shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve RFIs, design issues, and coordination requirements.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables are technically accurate, clash-free, and compliant with BEP, ISO 19650 standards, naming conventions, information container requirements, and CDE workflows.
- Conduct QA/QC reviews of Revit models, schedules, sheets, views, families, and drawings before client submission.
- Monitor project productivity, planned versus actual hours, quality metrics, resource utilization, and delivery schedules.
- Lead, mentor, and develop BIM Coordinators and Modelers through effective work allocation, performance monitoring, and technical guidance.





Required Qualifications

Education

- B.Arch, B.E. Civil, M.E. Structural, M.Tech Structural, or equivalent qualification.
- BIM Management, Revit, Navisworks, or ISO 19650 certifications are advantageous.

Experience
- 8-12 years of overall BIM project delivery experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Middle East BIM projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in BIM project management, estimation, delivery planning, QA/QC, team leadership, and client coordination.

Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in:

- Autodesk Revit

- Navisworks
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
- Autodesk Forma or equivalent CDE platforms

- AutoCAD

- Strong knowledge of

- ISO 19650 implementation

- BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

- MIDP/TIDP processes

- RFI management workflows
- Model coordination and issue tracking

- BIM quality management practices

- Ability to
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, IFC, GFC, and construction documentation.
- Manage architectural and structural BIM workflows including rebar and steel coordination.
- Set up project templates, worksets, shared coordinates, view templates, model federation, and QA/QC standards.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working on Middle East building, industrial, data center, infrastructure, port, or mixed-use development projects.
