Role: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of client-facing and internal projects. The ideal candidate will have solid project management fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across global locations. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project execution, from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.

- Manage cross-functional teams across global time zones, fostering collaboration and accountability.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

- Identify and resolve project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.

- Support customer escalations with urgency and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and communication.





- Collaborate with resource managers and leadership to support capacity planning and forecasting.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, status reports, and risk logs.

- Ensure project tasks, owners, dependencies, and completion percentages are tracked and updated regularly.

- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, eCommerce, or ERP implementations.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with global teams and managing remote collaboration.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.

- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
