Role Overview
Orange Interior is seeking an experienced, results-driven Project Manager to lead commercial and high-compliance healthcare interior fit-out projects from inception to final handover. In this role, you will be overall responsible for project planning, timeline adherence, budget management, quality control, and stakeholder communication. You will serve as the single point of contact for clients, architects, hospital administrators, and sub-contractors, ensuring every project is delivered safely, profitability, and to the highest technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Execution: Oversee the lifecycle of commercial and healthcare interior projects, defining project scopes, schedules, resource requirements, and milestone deadlines.
Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, consultants, facility managers, and internal design/engineering teams to manage expectations and report progress.
Budget & Cost Control: Work alongside Quantity Surveyors and Procurement teams to monitor project expenses, control material consumption, manage variation orders, and maximize project profitability.
Site Supervision & Coordination: Guide Site Engineers and sub-contractors on-site, ensuring work is carried out according to approved GFC drawings, MEP specifications, and strict healthcare compliance guidelines (e.g.,
air-tight seals, anti-microbial surfaces, infection control).
Schedule & Resource Optimization: Develop and track project master programs (using MS Project or similar software) to identify delays early and implement corrective actions.
Safety & Compliance Oversight: Enforce strict health and safety standards on site, ensuring compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and medical facility standards.
Handover & Project Closure: Oversee snags/punch lists resolution, testing and commissioning of fit-outs, and delivery of final project documentation and keys to the client.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (PMP certification is a strong plus).
6–10 years of experience in interior fit-out project management, with demonstrated experience in commercial spaces or hospital/healthcare environments.
Deep knowledge of interior construction methodologies, MEP integration, specialized medical materials, and site safety protocols.
Strong proficiency in project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCad/ERP tools.
Outstanding leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
