Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, well-connected, and result-oriented Project Manager who will be primarily responsible for meeting and coordinating with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Clients, and other key project stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to manage project requirements, follow-ups, meetings, and coordination effectively.

Key Responsibilities

· Regularly meet and maintain strong professional relationships with Architects and Consultants.

· Visit project sites and attend meetings with Architects, Clients, Contractors, and other stakeholders.

· Understand project requirements and coordinate with relevant teams for smooth execution.

· Follow up with Architects regarding drawings, requirements, approvals, revisions, and project updates.

· Build and maintain a solid network of Architects and industry professionals.

· Identify and develop recent project opportunities through regular Architect and Client interactions.

· Coordinate between internal teams, Architects, Contractors, and Clients.

· Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

· Prepare project updates and report important requirements, issues, and opportunities to management.

· Represent the company professionally during meetings and site visits.

· Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers clearly.

· Ability to independently handle meetings and client/Architect interactions.

· Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.

Eligibility

· Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

· MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or Operations is preferred.

· Candidates with prior experience in marketing, business development, or project coordination will be preferred.

· Preference will be given to candidates with experience in directly meeting and maintaining professional relationships with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Clients, particularly those with strong Architect-focused marketing experience.

· Experience in meeting and coordinating with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Clients, and other project stakeholders will be an added advantage.
