Role Summary The Project Manager will lead client-facing technology projects across application implementation, system integration, cloud platforms, and data/analytics initiatives. This role is responsible for driving project planning, stakeholder alignment, delivery governance, risk management, and successful execution while working closely with clients, internal delivery teams, architects, business analysts, and technology partners.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, hands-on experience managing enterprise technology projects, and the ability to work across Microsoft, AWS, integration, analytics, and full-stack implementation environments. Solid documentation, coordination, and executive communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
- Act as the primary client-facing project lead and maintain strong communication with customer stakeholders, sponsors, and internal leadership teams.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource plans in collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, action trackers, governance decks, meeting minutes, and implementation schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including application, integration, cloud, data, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and support teams for seamless delivery.
- Manage project risks, issues, changes, assumptions, and dependencies, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, solution discussions, design reviews, sprint ceremonies, UAT planning, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.
- Track project progress using appropriate tools and metrics, and provide regular updates to clients and leadership.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution for application rollouts, integrations, and analytics initiatives.
- Support vendor coordination,



third-party dependencies, environment readiness, release planning, and hypercare activities after deployment.
- Drive stakeholder satisfaction by proactively managing expectations, timelines, priorities, and communication.
- Work within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery models depending on program needs.

Required Qualifications
- 37 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT services, enterprise applications, cloud implementation, system integration, or digital transformation projects.
- Proven experience in a client-facing delivery role with strong stakeholder, governance, and communication management.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, including documentation, presentations, meeting facilitation, and status reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, scope control, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and change management.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar platforms.
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is preferred.

Technical Skills
- Good understanding of the Microsoft technology ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and enterprise productivity or collaboration solutions.
- Exposure to AWS cloud environments, including core services such as compute, storage, database, serverless, monitoring, and integration-related components.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, data pipelines, lakehouse concepts, reporting, and analytics delivery environments.




- Experience coordinating application implementation projects involving enterprise platforms, user onboarding, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Understanding of system integration projects involving APIs, middleware, data exchange, interface mapping, third-party systems, and workflow integration.
- Ability to work effectively with full-stack teams, including front-end, back-end, database, API, QA, DevOps, and cloud engineering teams.
- Familiarity with common enterprise application and full-stack environments such as .NET, Java, Node.js, Angular, React, SQL/NoSQL databases, and microservices-based architectures.
- Understanding of data integration and analytics initiatives, including ETL/ELT, dashboards, reporting, data quality, and business intelligence workflows.
- Working knowledge of DevOps and release processes using Azure DevOps, Git-based repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management practices.
- Awareness of security and governance concepts such as IAM, role-based access, auditability, and compliance in enterprise and cloud projects.

Preferred Experience
- Experience managing projects in application implementation, digital platforms, operational systems, analytics, or enterprise integration programs.
- Exposure to projects involving airport operations platforms, operational control systems, passenger service systems, or similar enterprise operations environments would be an advantage. This domain fit is a customization for your target hiring profile rather than a sourced industry requirement.
- Ability to translate business requirements into implementation workstreams and coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, developers, and business users.
- Strong experience in customer reporting, steering committee governance, milestone tracking, and executive status communication.
