About The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Redstone Design Lab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of multiple design, interior fit-out, construction, or turnkey projects.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, with an immediate start for the right candidate. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects,



develop your managerial skills, and contribute to the growth of a reputable organization in the design and construction industry.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in project management within the interior design, fit-out, construction, architecture, or design & build sectors. A strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and reporting tools is essential.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools is required. Immediate joiners will be prioritized, and a relevant educational background in architecture, civil engineering, or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of projects from initial planning and design to execution and handover.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Supervise on-site activities, monitor quality standards,



and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Regularly report project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and clients.
- Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Address and resolve project-related challenges promptly to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
