Role & responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute interior design projects from initial planning to final handover.

- Understand project scope, client requirements, drawings, specifications, budget, and timelines.

- Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and execution timelines.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Ensure proper coordination between civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and other services.

- Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and site measurements.

- Ensure the availability of materials, manpower, and resources as per project requirements.

- Monitor project quality, cost, and timelines.

- Identify site issues, delays, and risks and take timely corrective action.

- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain project progress reports.

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors and monitor their performance.

- Verify work progress and coordinate with the billing/accounts team for measurements and contractor bills.

- Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress to management and clients.

- Handle client queries, design changes, and execution-related issues professionally.

- Ensure proper documentation of drawings, approvals, measurements, material records, and project reports.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards at the project site.





- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.

- Conduct final inspections, prepare snag lists, and ensure all pending work is completed before handover.

- Maintain solid relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

- 510 years of experience in project management, preferably in Interior Design, Construction, or Fit-Out projects.

- Strong experience in end-to-end project execution, from planning to final handover.

- Good knowledge of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior works.

- Strong understanding of BOQ, drawings, measurements, material specifications, and project schedules.

- Good knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, and resource management.

- Excellent coordination skills with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

- Strong English communication and client-handling skills.

- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Project Management tools, AutoCAD, or related software will be an advantage.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and contractors effectively.

- Candidates with experience in turnkey interior projects and commercial/residential fit-out projects will be preferred.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
