NPosition Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for leading defence electronics projects from contract award through design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, qualification, customer acceptance, and product delivery. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with customer requirements, defence standards, and quality regulations.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end defence electronics projects from planning to delivery.

- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
N
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
N
- Track project progress,risks,



and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
N
- Manage customer communication, project reviews, and status updates.
N
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and contract compliance.
N
- Ensure successful product qualification, customer acceptance, and delivery.
N

nEducational Qualification:

N

n
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation.
N
- MBA/PGDM in Operations or Project Management (preferred).
N
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
N

nExperience:

N

n
- 8–15 years in Electronics Manufacturing, Defence, Aerospace, or High-Reliability Electronics.

- Experience managing projects from concept to production.
N
- Familiarity with defence procurement procedures and government contracts is desirable.
