Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in façade projects to manage project execution, site activities, client coordination, and project completion within the planned timeline and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate façade projects from execution to completion.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

- Handle façade installation, site execution, quality control, and troubleshooting.

- Review shop drawings, material specifications, and method statements.

- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams.

- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.

- Conduct site meetings and prepare project progress reports.





- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

- Manage project documentation, inspections, snagging, and handover.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in façade project management/execution.

- Experience in building façade, curtain wall, aluminium cladding, ACP, glazing, structural glazing, windows, or related façade systems.

- Good knowledge of façade installation and construction processes.

- Ability to read and understand architectural and façade drawings.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and project planning.

- Robust communication, coordination, and team-management skills.

- Ability to work at project sites and manage multiple activities.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
