Job Summary

Crown Town Hotel is looking for a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth hotel operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage staff effectively, and maintain high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and support teams.
- Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational performance.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards across the property.
- Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely maintenance of hotel facilities.
- Prepare operational reports and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in hotel or property management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Malayalam is an added advantage).
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office and hotel management software preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and solve operational challenges effectively.
