Monitor project progress and handle issues that arise.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features.

Communicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Should have travelling multiple location for project coordination

Should have handled issues and resolutions

Should have experience in presentation to CXO to ground users levels

Should have done training & assisted in handling system issues

Should have increased users/Usage of the system

Should have prepared requirement documents (1st Level) for internal team

Should have work on User Success & Mapping users in large organization

Should have Experience working with BFSI

Multi-Department, Multiple-User Management Key Responsibilities Coordinate project management activities.

Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.

Oversee project procurement management to support pre-sales and post-sales processes.
