Experience: 6 – 7 Years in Industrial/Factory Construction

Qualification - B.Tech /M.Tech – Civil Engineering

Reporting To: Operations head

1. Role Summary

Lead and execute civil & infrastructure projects – production blocks, warehouse, utilities, ETP, and office buildings. Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and as per FSSAI, Factories Act & safety norms.

7. *Education:B.Tech/M.Tech Civil Engineering – Must
8. Experience: 6-7 years in factory/industrial construction. Food plant experience preferred.
9. Technical: AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, BOQ, Rate Analysis, Contract Management
10. Knowledge: IS Codes, Kerala Building Rules, Factories Act, FSSAI guidelines for food-grade construction
11. Soft Skills: Leadership, vendor negotiation, problem solving, communication

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
