Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Construction Manager who can independently manage construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong project scheduling, site management, team coordination, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from start to completion.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
- Monitor project progress against the approved schedule.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Manage site activities and ensure work is completed as per project requirements.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resource requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the planned timeline and budget.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Identify project delays, risks, and execution issues and take corrective actions.
- Monitor quality and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate with the QS/Accounts team regarding project costing, billing, and variations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.




- Prepare project progress reports and communicate updates to management.
- Ensure proper coordination between all project stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management / Construction Management.
- Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling.
- Ability to prepare and monitor project schedules.
- Good understanding of construction processes and site execution.
- Robust knowledge of manpower, material, and resource planning.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, MS Excel, or similar project management tools will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in Architecture, Construction, Interior, or EPC projects will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile: A hands-on Project/Construction Manager who can independently manage project execution, coordinate teams, monitor schedules, and ensure timely project completion.
