Role Description The Project Manager Civil will oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of civil infrastructure and construction projects in Thanjavur. This full-time, in office role includes managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors, as well as ensuring work is completed in line with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Civil will supervise site activities, conduct regular inspections, resolve technical and operational issues, and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.



The role also involves collaborating with architects, engineers, suppliers, and clients, monitoring project risks, and driving continuous improvement in construction quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong civil engineering foundation with skills in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure planning and execution.

- Proficiency in Construction Management, including site supervision, quality control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including scheduling, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk management.

- Budgeting skills, with experience in cost estimation, cost control, and financial tracking for construction projects.

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Relevant experience in managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects, preferably in the infrastructure sector.

- Ability to lead diverse teams, solve problems effectively, and make data-informed decisions under time constraints.

- Proficiency with project management and construction-related software tools; familiarity with relevant codes and standards.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
