Job Summary

- Project Planning & Scheduling

- Develop detailed work plans, timelines, and milestones.

- Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.

- Site Supervision

- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to design specifications.

- Coordinate subcontractors, site engineers, and workers.

- Budget & Cost Control

- Prepare and monitor project budgets.

- Track expenses and manage procurement to avoid overruns.

- Quality Assurance

- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.

- Resolve technical issues promptly.

- Safety Management

- Enforce health and safety regulations in office.

- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Stakeholder Communication

- Act as the primary contact between clients, consultants, and contractors.

- Provide regular progress reports and updates.

Qualification:





- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA in Project Management, PMP certification) are advantageous.

- 15–20 years of experience in civil construction projects.

- At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Optional.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

- Leadership and team management.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
