NAbout the Role

nWeare looking for a Project Management Trainee with a Mechanical Engineering background who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced product design environment.

NThis role is well-suited for individuals who want to gain a clear understanding of how product design projects are carried out from initial concept through to manufacturing, while assisting project managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

NWhat You'll Be Doing

nProject Coordination & Support

- Assist Project Managers in planning and tracking product design projects
N
- Support in maintaining project timelines, schedules, and task trackers
N
- Follow up with internalteams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
N

nCross-Functional Collaboration

N

n
- Coordinate with Industrial Designers, Mechanical Engineers, Electronics teams, and Prototyping units
N
- Help ensure smooth communication between teams
N

nDocumentation & Reporting

N

- Maintain project documentation,



MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and reports
N
- Track project progress and update status dashboards
N

nTechnical Understanding

N

n
- Gain exposure to product development processes, CAD workflows, and prototyping stages
N
- Assist in basic technical coordination related to mechanical components and assemblies
N

nClient & Internal Communication

- Support in preparing presentations and reports for client updates
N
- Participate in internalmeetings and discussions
N

nProcess Learning &Improvement;

- Learn project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)

- Identify gaps and support process improvements

nWho You Are

- Bachelor's degree (or final year) in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)

- Strong interest in project management + product development
N
- Basic understanding of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, or CAD
N
- Good communication and coordination skills
N
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
N
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively
N

nGood to Have

- Exposure to tools like SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD

- Basic knowledge of project management tools (Excel, Jira, MS Project)

- Internship/project experience in product design or engineering
