Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and execute Military Engineering Services (MES) construction projects in and around Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, liaison with MES officials, quality assurance, billing, and ensuring projects are completed within time and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution & Planning: Oversee daily site operations, project scheduling (MS Project / AutoCAD), and resource allocation in strict alignment with MES specifications.
- MES Liaison & Compliance: Liaise regularly with Garrison Engineers (GE), AGE, and site engineers for approvals, inspections, work orders, and compliance with defense standards.
- Billing & Contract Management: Prepare, review, and process running account (RA) bills, final bills, variation statements, and extra items as per MES procedures and SSR (Standard Schedule of Rates).
- Quality & Safety Assurance:



Ensure site work meets MES QA/QC guidelines and stringent defense safety protocols.
- Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless workflow and timely material delivery.

Key Requirements

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 10+ years in civil construction, with at least 5 years of mandatory experience handling MES / Defense / CPWD projects.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of MES procedures, SSR, tender norms, and billing processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Preferred Skills

- Strong leadership, site management, and client coordination skills.
- Proven track record of successfully handing over completed MES projects on schedule.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
