Role Description The Project Management Specialist (6 Months Contract Role) will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of training and engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. This contract role is on-site and based in Coimbatore, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams, trainers, and clients to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Daily responsibilities include developing project plans, tracking progress, identifying risks, preparing status reports, and supporting program governance and documentation. The specialist will also assist in optimizing processes, aligning project activities with client requirements,



and contributing to continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills, with experience coordinating multiple initiatives or workstreams.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Planning skills, including defining scope, scheduling tasks, managing resources, and monitoring milestones.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret project data, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for engaging stakeholders, preparing reports, and facilitating meetings.
- Relevant experience in technical, engineering, or training-focused environments, preferably in automotive or embedded systems, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar platforms) and familiarity with standard methodologies (such as Agile or PMI) is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams in a quick-paced setting.
