Job Responsibilities :

. 1.Develop business concepts into defined projects

- Prepare project feasibility reports, cost estimates & execution plans
- Prepare summary recommendations for Management approvals
- Detailed understanding and working as per Project Execution documents

1. Project completion on time, with in the budget

- Prepare budgets and facilitate approval from Management
- Ensure availability on time, the Engineering deliverables and materials for construction
- Design the framework for project execution
- Coordination with Project Control and Cost Control team
- Set up effective systems for surveillance of Safety, Quality, time schedules & Costs
- Prepare & issue project progress reports
- Finalise RFQ and approve selection of engineering consultant
- Prepare, coordinate & control schedule for issue of Engineering deliverables
- Coordination with procurement group for Project purchases
- Coordination with construction group for construction related activities
- Manage EPC contracts
- Prepare Project close out & Technical capitalization reports

1. Stabilization of project

- Set up processes & mechanism for seamless interfaces among Projects, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Vendors, Contractors & Operations

1. Function as an interface between the Project teams and Apex Management





- Ensure real time visibility to the Executive Committee on project progress, key constraints and the strategies adopted Liaison with the Executive Committee to identify and recommend opportunities for project capacity enhancements

1. Build relationships with external agencies

- Strengthen internal processes and use of technology to increase efficiency
- Focus on overall process improvement and automation of Project management functionalities Oversee the process of creating a knowledge repository

Education Requirement :

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- Post graduate Management degree in Project Management

Experience Requirement :

- Minimum 18 to 23 years of experience in project management functions for large scale Real Estate projects
- Should have handled the Project Management functions at a very senior level for 5 years
