Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project execution involving ServiceNow and Salesforce platforms.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

- Track project revenue, costs, budgets, and overall financial performance.

- Perform revenue recognition and reconciliation between ServiceNow and Oracle after revenue is triggered.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution.

- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.

- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.

- Drive operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvements.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and internal governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, or Project Coordination.

- Hands-on experience working with both ServiceNow and Salesforce is mandatory.

- Understanding of project financials, revenue tracking, cost management, and reconciliation processes.

- Experience working with Oracle ERP or similar financial systems is preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

- Robust communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
