- Non-Industrial Electrical Projects
- Candidates with a long notice period

TEAM REQUIREMENT – MANDATORY Candidate must bring/mobilize a team of minimum 30–35 Electrical Workers/Labours for project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Independently head and manage complete execution of industrial electrical projects
- Provide overall strategic and operational leadership to project teams
- Plan, supervise and monitor all electrical installation activities across sites
- Manage manpower, contractors, budgets and site productivity
- Execute HT/LT systems, transformers, substations, MCC/PCC panels, cable trays, cable laying, termination, earthing and lighting systems
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and senior stakeholders
- Ensure strict compliance with Safety,



Quality & Project Timelines
- Drive daily progress reviews and project governance meetings
- Oversee manpower, material and resource planning
- Resolve execution bottlenecks and escalations
- Ensure timely project handover and completion documentation
- Report directly to top management on project status and P&L;

QUALIFICATION B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical Engineering
