The Project Executive will be responsible for in office project execution and coordination to ensure timely and quality delivery of modular garden and landscaping projects. The role involves close collaboration with design, sales, and operations teams while maintaining regular communication with clients and backend support teams.

- Conduct site visits and execute projects as per approved design and scope.
- Coordinate with design, sales, and operations teams for smooth project flow.
- Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines and quality standards Interact with clients to provide regular project updates and handle basic queries.
- Share daily site progress reports and operational updates with backend team.
- Supervise installation teams and vendors at site.




- Ensure proper material handling and on-site inventory management Identify and escalate site challenges proactively.
- Maintain safety standards and discipline at project sites.

- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Basic understanding of site execution and project workflows
- Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making
- Ability to manage labour/vendors on-site
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel within city limits
- Must own a two-wheeler / vehicle for site visit.

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in landscaping, construction, interior execution, or related field.
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture, or related stream preferred
- Experience in client-facing site roles is an added advantage
