Role Overview

We're hiring Project Engineers with 0-2 years of experience in the Solar / BESS / RE domain.

Hadapsar, Pune.

- In-office role

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Supervision & co-ordination of the renewable energy projects.
- Coordination & documentation of RE Projects ( Solar, BESS, etc )
- Assist in project planning and technical documentation.
- Monitor site activities and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.




- Prepare progress reports and assist in project tracking.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or related Engineering discipline.
- Prior experience in Solar, BESS, Electrical, or EPC Projects.
- Understanding of RE ( battery, solar systems, electrical equipment ) and project execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
