Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer – Civil to manage and coordinate civil construction activities and ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Monitor quality of construction work.
- Coordinate inspections and resolve site-related issues.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
- Verify measurements and support billing activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Coordinate with project management and other departments.




- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
- Identify delays and technical issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–8 years of relevant civil construction experience, depending on level.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of quality control, measurements, and project documentation.
- Good MS Office/Excel skills.
- Solid coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
