Role Description The Project Lead role is a full-time, in office position based in Srinagar.

The Project

Lead will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects across one or more KGC business verticals, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, managing risks, and preparing status reports for leadership. The role involves engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners, clarifying requirements,



and aligning project outcomes with business objectives.

Lead will also support process improvements, contribute to resource planning, and help establish best practices for project management within the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in stakeholder communication, including clear reporting, negotiation, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Capability in problem-solving and risk management, with a focus on maintaining quality and meeting project milestones.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and software commonly used for project tracking, documentation, and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field; relevant project leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Srinagar, manage multiple projects, and adapt to diverse business environments and priorities.
- Experience in trade, IT services, or consumer products industries is an advantage, along with familiarity with regional markets.
