We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor (Building) to join our project team for the execution of large-scale multistoried building projects in Odisha.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- 10–12 years of total professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the execution, supervision, and design coordination of B1+B2+G+7 or higher residential, commercial, or institutional building projects.
- Experience in at least one (1) successfully completed similar project of B1+B2+G+7 configuration or higher .
- Strong knowledge of:
- Interpretation of Civil & Structural Drawings
- Quantity Estimation & BOQ Preparation
- Basic Cost Estimation
- Site Supervision
- Quality Control
- Familiarity with contemporary construction practices, building materials, and coordination with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare quantity estimates,



BOQs, and assist in cost estimation and project budgeting.
- Review civil and structural drawings and coordinate with design consultants for technical clarifications.
- Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Verify contractor measurements and work quantities for billing purposes.
- Maintain project records, measurement books, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements throughout the project.
