Monitoring daily work of contractors and labor as per drawings, BOQ, and specification.

2.Ensure method statements and work procedures are followed for civil, finishing works.

3.Check line, level, alignment, and dimensions before and after execution.

4.Coordinate with Head Office and Client, ensuring that day to day activities are updated.

5.Prepare daily/weekly work plans and track actual vs planned progress.

6.Arranging required manpower resource and materials in advance without any shortages, and bottlenecks to Project Manager immediately.

7.Maintain daily site diary: manpower, equipment, weather, work done, issues.

8.Raise material requisitions based on drawings and site requirements.

9.Prepare monthly measurement sheets and assist for client RA bills.

10.Verify contractor bills for actual work done vs claimed.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
