We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects run smoothly, stay on track, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Project Manager in planning and coordinating IT projects from initiation to closure.

- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines using project management tools.

- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and schedules.

- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items with team members.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding project status, risks, and changes.

- Assist in resource planning and task assignments.

- Help identify project issues and escalate them appropriately.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

- Support the team with documentation such as SOWs, timelines, test cases,



and post-project reviews.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in a coordination or project support role, preferably in an IT environment.

- Basic understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), or digital products.

- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.

- Robust organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environmen

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with tools project management tools.

- Basic technical knowledge in software, web development, or cloud services is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,960.09 - ₹42,368.15 per month
