Job Summary

We are looking for a Government Liaison & Project Coordinator who can travel across Gujarat, maintain strong relationships with government departments, coordinate ongoing projects, and ensure smooth communication between clients, field teams, and the office.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel across Gujarat for project coordination.

- Build and maintain relationships with government officials and municipal authorities.

- Coordinate with clients, field teams, and internal departments.

- Attend meetings and represent the company professionally.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution.

- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and project updates.

- Follow up on approvals, documents, and project deliverables.

- Resolve coordination issues and support day-to-day project operations.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong coordination and relationship management abilities.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.





- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Qualification

- MBA / BBA / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

- MBA (Marketing/Operations) preferred.

Experience

- 2–5 years in Government Liaison, Project Coordination, Business Development, Client Relationship, or Operations.

- Experience working with Government Departments, Municipalities, or Infrastructure/GIS projects will be an added advantage.

Preferred

- Knowledge of government processes and documentation.

- Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently across Gujarat.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
