About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of projects by coordinating with the Sales team, Management, and internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Sales team to gather project requirements and ensure smooth execution.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between Sales, Management, and internal stakeholders.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
- Schedule meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and track action items.
- Maintain project records and provide regular updates to management.
- Support project planning and drive process improvements where required.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting,



and data management).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to work.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Project Coordination, MIS Reporting, Operations, or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of project management practices will be an added advantage.
