Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end sales operations and renewal processes across multiple regions.

- Track and monitor daily operational KPIs, productivity, and business performance.

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

- Analyse operational data and provide actionable business insights to management.

- Monitor agreement compliance, renewal status, revenue tracking, and pending activities.

- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of business processes.

- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Google Apps Script and AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

- Create and maintain business dashboards using Google Sheets, Excel, and reporting tools.

- Validate business data, ensure data accuracy, and resolve data discrepancies.

- Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.

- Track project progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables.

- Document SOPs, business processes, and operational workflows.





- Support leadership with ad-hoc reports, presentations, and analytical insights.

- Manage CRM data, maintain data quality, and ensure timely updates.

- Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot) for data analysis, report generation, meeting summaries, documentation, and workflow automation.

- Create effective AI prompts to improve productivity and automate repetitive business tasks.

- Assist in implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to integrate AI into business processes.

- Monitor team performance, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

- Provide operational support and troubleshoot day-to-day business issues.

- Participate in business review meetings and share performance updates with stakeholders.
