Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and experienced Project Coordinator – Civil to support project planning, coordination, documentation, and communication between project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities with site and project teams.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate communication between contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
- Follow up on project-related actions and pending activities.
- Prepare progress reports and coordination updates.
- Assist project managers and engineers with project administration.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain meeting records and action trackers.
- Monitor material, manpower, and other project requirements.




- Support resolution and escalation of project coordination issues.
- Ensure timely circulation and maintenance of project documents.

Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project coordination.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Positive communication and follow-up skills.
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka – Mandatory Pay: ₹10,954.36 - ₹42,346.01 per month
