About the Role

101 Homes LLP is looking for an energetic and responsible Project Coordinator to coordinate property sales and project-related activities for residential and commercial properties. The role involves coordination with channel partners, clients, customers, sales teams, and project sites to ensure smooth execution of sales and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day activities related to residential flats, commercial properties, and other real estate projects.

- Coordinate with Channel Partners/Channel Sales Teams for property enquiries, site visits, bookings, and sales follow-ups.

- Act as a coordination point between the company, channel partners, customers, sales team, and project/site team.

- Handle customer and client requirements and ensure timely resolution of queries and service requests.

- Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective customers and channel partners.

- Handle day-to-day site coordination and project-related activities and report issues to management.





- Maintain regular follow-up with customers regarding enquiries, site visits, bookings, documentation, payments, and other requirements.

- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing of booking forms, agreements, documentation, payment updates, and customer requirements.

- Maintain records of leads, site visits, channel partner references, bookings, and customer interactions.

- Coordinate with channel partners and ensure timely sharing of project details, price lists, availability, offers, and other sales-related information.

- Support the sales team in achieving project sales targets through effective coordination and follow-ups.

- Maintain good skilled relationships with channel partners and customers.

- Prepare regular sales, site visit, customer follow-up, and project status reports for management.

- Assist management in meetings, property exhibitions, channel partner meetings, customer events, and other promotional activities.
