Role Description The Project Control Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This position is responsible for supporting project planning and coordination activities across multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include tracking project progress, maintaining cost and schedule reports, assisting in resource allocation, and monitoring compliance with project control procedures.

The coordinator will prepare and update documentation, support risk and issue tracking, and collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and timely decision-making.



The role also involves analyzing project data to identify variances and recommending corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong project coordination and project control skills, including experience in supporting complex bridge construction or infrastructure projects.

Candidates should possess cost control and analytical skills to monitor budgets, analyze variances, and support data-driven decision-making.

Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare reports, and engage with stakeholders clearly and professionally.

Candidates should possess proficiency in project management tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to work with schedules, cost trackers, and dashboards.

Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field are preferred.

Prior experience in infrastructure, civil construction, or power projects, and familiarity with EPC environments, is an advantage.

Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an on-site project environment.
