FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Design developments and presentation with an external architect

Ø Issuance of construction/ tender documents and drawings.

Ø Coordination with architect for preparation of design presentation, overlooking entire planning.

Ø

Project and Design management including preparation and ensuring timely issuance of Tender documents to the contracts team.

Ø

Renovation work of existing cinemas which includes receiving requirements from operations team, preparation and presenting Designs, and overlooking tendering and execution works.

Ø coordination with Architect and MEP consultant for services design final coordination.

Ø Taking & incorporating requirements from F&B; & Information Technology team in the final design.

Ø Coordination with Architect and Consultant for working (GFC)



drawings and sharing with site teams for execution.

Ø Sampling of products for upcoming properties and coordination for the approval for design material with management and Architect.

Ø Coordination and development of all internal & external signage of cinemas.

Ø Working out the requirements and quantities of direct purchase items in coordination with architects, site teams and operations.

Ø Resolve queries of the site execution team related to design.

Ø Making drawings of basic layouts of cafe, box office & other areas in cinema along with renovations of existing properties for small fit out tasks.
