Program Officer - Supply Chain & Human Rights

Paradigm Shift is looking for a passionate HRDD & Labour Rights Consultant to join our growing team working on complex global supply chains across textiles, natural stones, metal craft, chemical, agriculture, and other sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) and labour rights assessments.
- Facilitate dialogue with workers, supervisors, middle management, senior management, brands, and other stakeholders.
- Design and conduct participatory workshops, focus group discussions, worker engagement sessions, and management consultations.
- Support implementation of worker voice mechanisms, grievance systems, social dialogue, and participatory audits.
- Prepare analytical reports, risk assessments,



root cause analysis, and practical improvement roadmaps.
- Build relationships with local authorities, civil society organisations, trade unions, and industry stakeholders whenever required.
- Travel regularly to factories and field locations across North India.

Who We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in HRDD, labour rights, social compliance, industrial relations, sustainability, or responsible sourcing.
- Robust understanding of Indian labour laws and international human rights frameworks (ILO, UNGPs, OECD, HRDD, CSDDD is an advantage).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable interacting with workers as well as senior factory leadership.
- Experience in dialogue-based facilitation, participatory methods, behavioural change programmes, or worker engagement initiatives will be highly preferred.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is essential. Additional regional languages will be an advantage.
