Job DescriptionAbout the Role

NWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager (PMO) to own and drive end-to-end delivery of customer programs. This is a senior individual contributor role with complete ownership of a portfolio of projects—from contract receipt to delivery, hypercare, billing, renewals, and repeat business.

NYou will be the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes and client communication, ensuring predictable execution, solid governance, and high customer satisfaction while protecting engineering productivity.

NKey Responsibilities

nProgram & Portfolio Ownership

- Own delivery of projects across Fixed Bid, T&M;, and AMC/Subscription models
N
- Establish and manage baselines for scope, schedule, effort, milestones, and billing
N
- Track and control risks, dependencies, and variances using PMO-defined metrics
N
- Ensure adherence to thefull delivery lifecycle:
N
- Initiation → Planning →Execution → Deployment → Closure → Hypercare → AMC
N

nClient Communication & Governance

N

n
- Act as the singleowner for all client-facing communication
N
- Lead weekly status reports, review meetings, milestone sign-offs, and escalations
N
- Manage billing, invoicing, documentation handover, and project closure
N
- Shield engineering teams from unplanned or ad-hoc client requests
N
- Lead QBRs and executivereviews with senior stakeholders
N

nCross-functional Execution

N

- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, MLOps, Hardware, Field Services, and vendors
N
- Resolve cross-team dependencies and execution bottlenecks proactively
N
- Ensure readiness acrossdesign, testing, and deployment phases
N

nPMO, QMS & Compliance

- Enforce PMO charter, SOPs,



templates, and QMS standards

- Maintain audit-ready documentation in ClickUp
N
- Drive PMO/QMS audits and closure of corrective actions
N
- Ensure strict change control post scope and plan freeze
N

nScope Management &Revenue; Growth

- Own scope management and formal change control

- Convert approved changerequests into revenue upsell opportunities

- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and account expansion

- Identify new use cases and growth opportunities through execution insights
