Role Description The Program Delivery Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for end-to-end delivery of programs across SanchiConnect’s DeepTech ecosystem. This role oversees planning, coordination, and execution of accelerator and advisory programs, ensuring timelines, milestones, and quality standards are met.

The Program Delivery

Manager will liaise with startups, corporates, investors, mentors, and ecosystem partners to manage logistics, track progress, and resolve delivery challenges. Daily activities include monitoring program performance, managing documentation and reporting,



coordinating events and sessions, and ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders. The role also involves identifying operational risks, implementing process improvements, and supporting the growth of SanchiConnect’s program portfolio.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multi-stakeholder programs.
- Candidates should possess expeditor and expediting skills to monitor deliverables, follow up on dependencies, and ensure timely completion of program activities.
- Candidates should possess logistics management skills to handle event operations, resource allocation, and coordination across locations and partners.
- Candidates should possess inspection and quality assurance skills to review program outputs, ensure compliance with agreed standards, and maintain accurate records.
- Relevant experience in program or operations management within startup, technology, consulting, or innovation ecosystems is beneficial.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Comfort with digital tools, dashboards, and productivity software for tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
