- To program manageend-to-end incubation initiatives across emerging technologies, cross-BU ideation, and fintech innovation themes, ensuring structured execution, governance, and timely delivery.

- To enable faster decision-making, tracking, and seamless transition of projects from incubation to business-as-usual (BAU) through robust coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management.

- Program manage incubation efforts across emerging tech, cross-BU ideation, and fintech innovation projects
N
- Define execution plans,timelines, and governance cadence for all incubation initiatives
N
- Track and monitor project-level budgets and resource utilization
N
- Ensure optimal allocation and utilization across pilots and implementation efforts
N
- Coordinate with sponsorBusiness Units and SPOCs to drive creation, incubation,



execution, measurement, and fine-tuning of projects
N
- Ensure adherence to defined timelines, milestones, and delivery plans across projects ·
N
- Drive structured reporting of progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to leadership ·
N
- Ensure documentation ofKRAs/KPIs, milestones, and success metrics for all incubation initiatives ·

- Facilitate seamless handover of projects to owner departments for Run (BAU) phase within defined timelines (e.G., 6 months

nEducational: MBA / PGDM (Strategy, Operations, or Technology)

NExperience: 5–8 years in Program Management / PMO / Digital Transformation / Innovation initiatives
