The Professor of Liberal Arts Languages will provide academic leadership in teaching, research, and curriculum development across disciplines such as Psychology, English, Humanities, Social Sciences, and Foreign Languages. The role involves mentoring faculty, guiding research, and contributing to institutional growth through academic excellence and innovation. 1. Teaching Academic Delivery

- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Liberal Arts and Languages (e.g., English, Communication Skills, Cultural Studies, Foreign Languages).
- Develop innovative teaching methodologies (blended learning, experiential learning, interdisciplinary approaches).
- Supervise student projects, dissertations, and research work. 2. Research Publications

- Publish high-quality research papers in Scopus / SCI / UGC-CARE listed journals.
- Lead funded research projects in areas like literature, linguistics, cultural studies, communication, etc.
- Guide PhD scholars and contribute to research ecosystem development. 3. Curriculum Development

- Design and update curriculum aligned with NEP 2020 and global standards.
- Introduce interdisciplinary courses (e.g., Language AI, Digital Humanities).
- Develop value-added and skill-based certification programs. 4. Academic Leadership Administration

- Lead departmental activities, faculty mentoring, and academic planning.




- Participate in Board of Studies (BoS), academic councils, and accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA).
- Support institutional ranking, collaborations, and internationalization efforts. 5. Industry Institutional Engagement

- Build partnerships with industry, cultural institutions, and global universities.
- Organize seminars, conferences, workshops, and guest lectures.
- Promote internships, language labs, and communication training initiatives.

- Ph.D. in English / Linguistics / Foreign Languages / Liberal Arts / Humanities / Psychology
- Master s degree with at least 55% marks
- Minimum 10-15 years of teaching/research experience in a reputed institution.

- At least 10+ research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Experience guiding PhD scholars (Required as per UGC norms).
