The oil industry Production Head oversees end-to-end manufacturing operations. They manage production lines, ensure strict quality compliance, drive cost efficiency, and lead plant teams to meet business targets while minimizing waste.

Responsibilities

Production & Operations: Plan and execute production schedules to meet market demand. Supervise high-speed liquid filling, PET blowing, and aseptic packaging lines. Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reduce machine downtime.

Quality & Compliance: Guarantee strict adherence to food safety standards. Oversee raw material, in-process, and finished goods testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies like the ⁠Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), HACCP, and GMP.

Budgeting & Cost Control: Direct responsibility for the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). Manage annual plant budgets, control utility consumption, and minimize material losses.

Team Leadership:



Manage recruitment, shift rosters, and performance tracking for plant personnel. Promote a culture of zero-accident safety and continuous improvement (Lean, TPM).

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the Supply Chain Management, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure continuous inventory flow and on-time market delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
