Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in planning and optimizing production processes for efficiency and cost reduction
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Identify process issues and support corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams to resolve production-related issues
- Prepare and maintain production reports, work instructions, and SOPs
- Support implementation of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies
- Assist in machine setup, trials, and process validation when required
