Oracle PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers)

Job Scheduling Airflow / Control-M

Production Infrastructure Support & ITIL Processes

Automation mindset to reduce manual efforts

Positive To Have Java or Python Programming





Experience with application architecture and production monitoring

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 production support for enterprise applications.
- Configure and manage ITRS monitoring (rules, samplers, Active Console).
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Automate operational tasks using scripting.
- Manage job schedulers like Airflow/Control-M.
- Support Windows & Unix production environments.
- Ensure application stability, availability, and operational excellence.
