Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and manpower allocation.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety.
- Monitor rejection, wastage, downtime, and productivity.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams.
- Implement 5S, process improvements, and corrective actions.
- Train and guide operators.
- Prepare shift-wise production reports.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Production,
- Experience in automotive or engineering manufacturing preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of 5S, safety, quality systems, MS Excel, and ERP.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
