- Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality products.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., design, procurement) to optimize production planning and reduce costs.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in plastic injection molding or related field.
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding techniques, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
