Job Title: Production Supervisor

Experience: 2-3 Years

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline

Job Summary looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and lead shop-floor teams while adhering to safety and process requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Monitor machine performance and optimize production efficiency.
- Manage manpower allocation and shift operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and production processes.
- Maintain production records, reports, and daily MIS.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, and Quality departments for smooth operations.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.




- Minimize production downtime, wastage, and rework.
- Train and guide production operators to improve productivity and performance.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
