Role Description This full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role is based in Hyderabad.

The Production

Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensuring schedules are met, resources are utilized effectively, and quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities include planning and organizing production workflows, monitoring output, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and resolving operational issues. The role involves supervising production staff, providing guidance and feedback, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate production records.

The Production

Supervisor will also contribute to process improvements and support management in meeting productivity and efficiency targets.

Qualifications





- Strong Supervisory Skills with experience leading and inspiring production teams.
- Ability to develop and manage Production Planning and Production Schedules to meet operational targets.
- Proficiency in Production Management, including resource allocation, workflow optimization, and quality control.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with staff, management, and cross-functional departments.
- Knowledge of health care or hospital production environments (e.g., medical supplies, equipment, or related processes) is an advantage.
- Understanding of safety, regulatory compliance, and standard operating procedures in a health care setting.
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, production, operations, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or similar role in manufacturing or health care operations is beneficial.
